After an initial session to talk over your needs and concerns, we can decide whether you would like to go ahead with therapy, either for a fixed number of sessions or on an ongoing open-ended basis. I see people once or twice a week, at a regular time each week, for 50-minute sessions.

 

For online sessions and park sessions my fee is £54 per 50-minute session, including the initial session. I may be able to offer a concessionary place if you are unwaged or on a low income; please ask if you would like to discuss this. For consulting room sessions, my fee is £64.
